Shane Leathers is the President and founding partner of FC Parking and Hospitality Services, a leading provider of parking and hospitality solutions. With over 33 years of experience in the parking industry, Shane began his career at age 16 valet parking cars at Butler National Golf Club, one of the nation’s premier private clubs. This early start laid the groundwork for his deep understanding of luxury service and operations.
At 19, Shane founded First Class Valet, Inc. (now FC Parking and Hospitality), while continuing to serve at Butler National for 27 years. What began as a small local valet company has since evolved into a national business with offices in Arizona, California, and Chicago, and a corporate headquarters in Lisle, Illinois. Under Shane’s leadership, FC Parking has expanded its services beyond valet to include hospital non-clinical staffing, shuttle transportation, guest services, and house car programs for both hotels and residential clients.
Shane’s vision and commitment to excellence have helped build FC into a trusted and recognized name in the industry. He is deeply passionate about creating meaningful client experiences and fostering a culture of high standards and integrity.
Outside of work, Shane enjoys spending time around classic cars—attending car shows, going on scenic drives, and connecting with fellow enthusiasts. His love of automotive history mirrors the passion that originally inspired his career, making him as comfortable behind the wheel of a vintage ride as he is leading a national organization.
