Holly Leathers is the Vice President of Talent & Development at FC Parking and Hospitality Services, where she leads recruitment and talent strategy across more than 150 locations nationwide. With over a decade of experience in hospitality staffing at FC, Holly has conducted more than 20,000 interviews and built high-performing talent pipelines to support FC’s commitment to exceptional service by matching the right people with the right roles.
Holly helped build FC’s Human Resources and Recruiting departments from the ground up. She played a key role in developing the company’s core policies and implementing the first centralized digital systems for hiring, onboarding, and human resources support. Her leadership has been instrumental in building a scalable, people-focused infrastructure to support company growth and operational excellence.
Known for her approachable leadership style and forward-thinking mindset, Holly is driven by a deep belief in people and their potential. She’s committed to helping team members thrive and building a workplace culture rooted in respect and purpose.
Outside of work, Holly is passionate about the outdoors and healthy living. She enjoys paddle boarding, backcountry hiking, and has backpacked through many of the country’s national parks. She and embraces a healthy, active lifestyle wherever she goes.
