Today, we proudly serve more than 150 of the nation’s most distinguished healthcare facilities, restaurants, country clubs, mixed-use retail properties, and hotels—setting the standard for excellence in parking and hospitality.
Estlin Rydman, CPP is the Chief Executive Officer, where he leads the company’s national operations across the healthcare, hospitality, and mixed-use property sectors. Since launching his career in the parking industry in 1999, Estlin has combined a passion for automotive culture with a commitment to exceptional service and operational innovation.
Estlin was instrumental in expanding FC into healthcare services, drawing on his EMT background to align operations with clinical environments. He also launched FC Charitable to promote team-building through volunteerism. He led major innovations during the COVID-19 pandemic, including the rollout of a human capital management system and FC’s proprietary parking app. These efforts strengthened operational efficiency and helped the company grow during a time when much of the industry faced setbacks.
Estlin holds a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Illinois at Chicago and is a Certified Parking Professional through the National Parking Association, where he serves on the education committee. He is also a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program and a recipient of the NPA’s 40 Under 40 Award.
Based in both Chicago and Orange County, Estlin enjoys classic cars, adventure sports, and time with his wife Alexandra, Ferrari’s Communications Manager. The couple shares a passion for cars, travel, and animals..
