Phil Gloeckner is the Midwest Regional Manager at FC Parking and Hospitality, overseeing operations across Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Minnesota. He began his career in hospitality in 1999, with a focus on customer service and team development.
Since joining FC in 2015, Phil has managed multiple sites and played a key role in the company’s expansion. Promoted to Regional Manager in 2019, he now supports associates and leaders while ensuring operational consistency and efficiency. As a certified Continuous Improvement Specialist, he applies structured approaches to enhance service delivery and client value.
Phil is a lifelong baseball fan and enjoys collecting sports memorabilia. He lives in the Midwest with his wife and three children.
